Sat Reskrim Polres Asahan and Polsek Pulau Raja managed to uncover six incidents of burning houses, stalls and cars on King Island in the past two months.

Asahan Police Chief AKBP Faisal Napitupulu SIK, MH stated that during the Press Release at the Asahan Police Headquarters on Saturday, December 8, 2018.

"The interrogation results that the perpetrator is alcoholic or drinkers of liquor type tuak so that it triggers a crime," he explained.

On December 4, 2018, there was the burning of Anto Tarigan's house in hamlet 3 of Aek Loba, Pulau Raja sub-district. The police immediately tracked down the suspects and arrested Luhut May Fredi Hutagalung at the village Tuak Warung 1 Pulau Rakyat Tua.

The suspect claimed to have burned the house of Anto Tarigan. He also claimed to have burned a stall owned by Ronni Hutapea hamlet 3, Aek Loba, set fire to three cars in the hamlet 1 Aek Loba in North Sumatra 1 Aek Kuasan sub-district, set fire to a car unit in sub-village 2 Aek Loba in 1 sub-district of Aek Kuasan.

"I just burned it," Luhut told reporters and stressed Luhut had no problems at all with homeowners, stalls and cars.*RL
